Build me a pipeline review app that my sales lead opens every Monday morning to run our standing fifteen minute review off one shared screen. The point of the app is not to show where deals sit today, which I can already see in Attio. It is to show what actually moved since our last review, with a weighted forecast on top.

The main screen lays out every open deal grouped by stage, one section or column per stage in real pipeline order. Each deal shows its name, amount, close date, stage and owner. Each stage header shows the deal count, the raw total value and the weighted value, and the top of the page shows the total weighted forecast across all stages next to the raw open pipeline total. Weighted value is the deal amount multiplied by a win probability for its stage. Let me set that probability per stage in a settings area with sensible defaults, and persist my settings so I am not re-entering them every week.

For the pipeline data, handlers should read deals with Attio List Records on the Deals object, filtering to open deals and paginating until everything is loaded. Also read List Entries for deals tracked in a list, so deals our team manages through an Attio list appear on the board alongside the rest and keep their list specific attribute values. Use List Select Options on the stage attribute to get the real stage names and their order rather than hardcoding a guess at our pipeline, and use List Workspace Members to resolve owner references into real names so every deal is attributed to a person. Deals with no owner go into an Unassigned bucket rather than disappearing.

Next to the pipeline is a what changed panel, which is the heart of the app. It compares the pipeline as it looks right now against the last snapshot saved in our Google Sheet, read back with Get Values. Group the differences into four sections: deals that slipped their close date, deals that moved stage, deals newly created since the last review, and deals marked lost. Every row should show the deal name, the owner and the before and after values, so a slipped deal reads as the old close date changing to the new one and a stage move reads as the old stage changing to the new one. Distinguish forward stage movement from backward movement visually, because a deal sliding backward is the thing I most want to catch in the meeting.

Underneath, show a rep leaderboard built from the workspace members lookup. For each owner show their open deal count, raw pipeline value, weighted forecast and their net movement since the last review, meaning how much weighted value they gained or lost. Sort by weighted forecast, and make it clear at a glance who moved forward and who went backward this week.

During the meeting I need to fix things inline without leaving the page. Let me edit a deal's stage, amount, close date and owner directly from its row, written back with Update a Record using the append variant so existing multiselect values are not wiped. For deals surfaced through a list, list specific attribute changes go through Update a List Entry. I also want to drop a quick note on a deal with Create a Note, straight from the row. Edits should apply in place and recompute the stage totals, the forecast and the leaderboard immediately, without a full page reload.

A finish review button ends the session. It appends this week's numbers to our Google Sheet with Append Values, writing both a summary row per stage with the date, stage name, deal count, raw total and weighted total, and a per deal row with the deal id, name, stage, amount, close date and owner. The per deal detail matters: without it next week's comparison has nothing to diff against, so the snapshot must capture individual deals and not just stage totals. Then post a recap to our sales channel with the Slack Bot Send a Message action, covering the total weighted forecast and how it changed against last week, the biggest movers in both directions, anything marked lost, and the top reps by weighted forecast.

A few details to get right. On the very first run there is no previous snapshot, so the what changed panel should show a friendly empty state explaining that change tracking begins with the next review, while the forecast and leaderboard still work normally. Deals missing an amount or a close date should be collected into their own needs attention grouping so they are visible and fixable rather than silently excluded from the forecast. Format all money consistently with the workspace currency, and make the whole board comfortable to read projected on a meeting room screen, since the whole team looks at it at once.
