Build me an internal pipeline review board for our Brevo CRM that we run our Monday sales meeting out of. The point of this board is not the drag and drop, it is that Brevo is our CRM and our email marketing in the same account, so every deal card can show whether the person behind the deal is still opening and clicking our emails. Brevo's own deal reporting only shows deal values and stage progress, and that missing engagement signal is the gap this app fills.

The board is a column per pipeline stage. Load the pipelines with List All Pipelines, and if the account has more than one, put a pipeline picker at the top of the page and load the selected pipeline's columns with Get Pipeline Stages. Order the columns the way the stages are ordered in Brevo.

Fill the columns with deals from List Deals. Each card shows the deal name, the amount, the owner, the expected close date, and how many days the deal has been sitting in its current stage. Give every column a header with the deal count, the total value in that stage, and a weighted forecast figure for the stage.

Every card carries an engagement badge for the deal's linked contact. Resolve the linked contact with Get Contact, then pull that contact's email history with Get Contact Campaign Stats and reduce it to opens and clicks over the last 90 days. The badge shows the last time the contact opened anything plus the open and click counts for that window. Use List Companies to add account context to the card so the rep can see which company the deal sits under. Batch and cache these lookups so the board loads once rather than refetching per card on every render, and show a card as having no engagement history when the contact has never been emailed instead of treating it as quiet.

Turn a card amber when its contact has not opened anything in six weeks, and collect the amber deals into a going quiet panel beside the board sorted with the largest amount first, so the biggest deals with the coldest contacts are the first thing the team sees. Make both the silence window and the deal amount that qualifies a quiet deal as worth flagging editable in settings.

Dragging a card to another column writes the change back to Brevo with Update Deal, and the column totals and forecast recalculate straight away. Keep a record of every move made during the session so the recap can list them.

From any card the team can create a follow up with Create Task, linked to that deal and assigned to an owner with a due date, or fire a one off nudge to the linked contact with Send Transactional Email using a short editable subject and body.

One button at the end of the meeting posts the recap to our sales channel with Slack Bot Send a Message. The recap contains the per stage totals, the deals that moved and which stage they moved to, and the deals flagged as going quiet. Let the user pick the channel and preview the message before it posts.

Make the weighted forecast percentage configurable per stage in a settings view, and persist those percentages along with the quiet thresholds and the default Slack channel so they survive a reload.

Default the board to the whole team's deals rather than filtering to the signed in user automatically, since this is a group review. Put an only my deals toggle in the header for a rep who wants to narrow to their own, and an owner filter for a manager who wants to look at one person's pipeline.
