I want an internal app that my sales managers and reps open to work through the Dialpad calls that still need to be written up in HubSpot. It is a backlog they clear on demand, not a scheduled report, so everything happens when someone opens the app.

The main view is a list of calls pulled from Dialpad with List Calls. Put filters across the top for rep (the call target), date range, direction (inbound or outbound) and minimum duration, plus a row of filter chips built from List Call Labels so a manager can narrow to labelled calls. Each row shows the call time, the rep, the direction, the duration, the other party's number and any labels on the call. Note that Dialpad returns call durations in milliseconds, so convert before displaying.

For every row, find the matching HubSpot contact by phone number using Search Contacts, and show that contact's name and company on the row, or an unmatched state when nothing comes back. Dialpad gives phone numbers in E.164 form on the wire, so normalize before searching and try both the E.164 value and the local national format, since CRM records are often stored inconsistently. Each row also carries a "not logged yet" badge: for the matched contact, read its associated notes with Batch Read Associations from the contact to notes and then Get Note on what comes back, and treat the call as unlogged when there is no note on that contact dated at or after the call ended.

Default the list to calls longer than two minutes that have no HubSpot note attached, because those are the ones that actually matter, and let anyone clear the filters to see everything. Add a toggle that flips between the whole team's calls and just the signed-in user's own calls, remembered per user so a rep who prefers their own view keeps it.

Clicking a row opens the call detail as a two-column view. On the left, show the Dialpad AI recap from Get Call and the full transcript inline from Get Call Transcript, with the transcript scrollable and speaker labelled. On the right, show the matched contact's HubSpot details from Get Contact: name, job title, company, email, phone, lifecycle stage and owner, plus the recent notes already on the record so the rep can see what has been logged before.

Put a "Write it up" button on the call detail that fires a background agent. The agent reads the call transcript with Get Call Transcript and the recap with Get Call, drafts a written summary covering what was discussed, the next steps that were committed to and any objections the prospect raised, files it on the matched contact with Create Note, and opens a follow-up with Create Task associated to the same contact, using a subject drawn from the agreed next step and a due date a few days out. The agent writes its draft back into the app so it appears in an editable panel on the call detail, letting the rep fix the wording before it saves. Show the agent's progress while it runs, and never let it fire on a call with no matched contact: prompt the rep to pick the right contact first.

Store per-call state in the app: which calls have been written up, who wrote them up and when, the ids of the note and task that were created, and the last saved draft text. Written-up calls drop out of the default list but stay findable once the filters are cleared, and reopening one shows the saved write-up instead of starting over.
