Build me a job change desk that my revenue team works out of. Today we get a monthly job change digest that everyone ignores, and the real work of deciding which moves are worth chasing, who owns them, and what to send never happens. I want a screen instead: pick a batch of people, check them, look at who moved, reveal contact details only on the ones I care about, and file the result back into Attio.

Source picker. At the top of the board I choose what to check. The default is our people records in Attio, read with List Records against the people object. I can also scope to a saved list, so populate a dropdown of lists using List All Lists and read the chosen one with List Entries, for example a list called Closed Won Champions. Show me the people in a selectable table with name, current company on the Attio record, current title, and when we last verified them, and let me tick individual rows or select the whole page as a batch.

Run check. Hitting Check selected runs each person in the batch through the LeadMagic Job Change Detector, passing their name or profile URL plus the company we have on file. The response carries their current position, tenure statistics, and full work history, which is what powers the board. Do not re-check anyone whose last verification is under 30 days old: show those rows as skipped with the date they were last verified, and never spend credits on them. Run the batch as a background job with a visible progress indicator so the app stays usable while it works.

Credits. LeadMagic only charges when data is found, so a not found result is free. Every response includes a credits_consumed field and an X-Credits-Remaining header. Surface both: a per run summary saying how many people were checked, how many were matched, and how many credits that cost, plus a persistent balance readout that reflects the remaining credits, refreshed with Check Credits when the app loads.

The board. Three tabs. To check holds the batch queue. Movers holds everyone the detector says has changed jobs, one row each showing the person, the company they left, the company they joined, their new title, how long they were in the old role in years and months, and when we last verified them. Done holds movers that have already been actioned, showing who on the team handled them and when, so two reps never chase the same person. Let me sort the movers by tenure in the old role and by how recent the move is, and filter to a single previous company.

Reveal. On a mover row there is a Reveal button that spends credits on that one row only, never the whole board. It calls LeadMagic Email Finder with the person name and their new company, or Profile to Email when we have their profile URL, to get a verified new work email. It calls Mobile Finder for a direct number. It calls Company Search on the new employer for firmographics: employee count, revenue, funding, headquarters, and industry. Show what came back inline on an expanded row, along with the credits that reveal consumed, and mark anything that came back not found as free.

Save. On a revealed row, Save writes the refreshed person back to Attio with Assert a Record on the people object, matching on their email address so we update rather than duplicate, setting the new company, new title, new work email, and mobile number. If the new employer does not already exist as a company record, create it with Create a Record and attach the firmographics from Company Search. Then file what changed with Create a Note on the person, listing the old company and role, the new company and role, the tenure in the old role, the new contact details, and the date of the check. After a successful save the row moves to the Done tab.

Draft the play. Next to Save there is a Draft the play button that kicks off a background agent on that single mover. The agent classifies the move into one of three plays: an expansion opportunity at a new logo, a churn risk on the account they left, or a net new opening at the company they joined. It uses the firmographics and work history to justify the call, drafts a short re-intro email in our voice that leans on the relationship rather than a cold pitch, files the classification and the draft as a note on the person in Attio with Create a Note, and posts the move to the account owner in Slack with Send a Message, including the classification, the old and new company, the new title, and the drafted email. Resolve the account owner from the owner attribute on the Attio record, mapped through List Workspace Members, then Look Up User by Email and Open a Conversation to direct message them; fall back to a shared revenue channel when there is no owner. When the agent finishes, its classification and draft appear on the row in the app so the rep can read it without leaving the board, and the row moves to Done.

Persistence. The app keeps its own record for each person it has checked: the last verified timestamp, the detector result, credits spent, reveal results, and the actioned state with the team member who handled it. That store is what drives the 30 day re-check block, the last verified column, and the shared Done tab, and it has to be visible to the whole team rather than per user.

The point of this app is triage, not notification. A former customer who has landed somewhere new brings their trust in us with them, which removes the credibility barrier on a cold outreach, but only if somebody actually works the move. Keep the flow tight: check a batch, scan the movers, reveal the promising ones, decide, file.
