Build me a customer context desk that my support and success team opens before every call or escalation. It runs on Crisp for conversation history and HubSpot for commercial context. The people using it are frontline reps looking up one customer at a time, so speed of lookup and readability matter more than charts.

The landing view is a search box above a contact list. Load contacts with the Crisp List People Profiles operation for our website and let the person search by email or by name, matching against both. Show enough per row to pick the right person confidently: name, email, and when we last heard from them. Clicking a row opens that customer's detail page.

The detail page has three parts. First, the profile itself from Get People Profile: name, email, company, and whatever else Crisp holds on them. Second, a chronological timeline of every chat they have ever had with us. Get the threads with List People Conversations, then pull each thread's contents with Get Messages In Conversation, and render them as readable transcripts rather than raw data: group by conversation, show the date, show who said what, and name the operator who handled it. Third, their commercial context alongside the chat history. Find the CRM record with HubSpot Search Contacts filtered on their email address, then use Search Deals to show open deals and recently closed ones with stage and amount.

The headline action on the detail page is a button labelled Prep me for this customer. It kicks off a background agent that reads the full chat history plus the HubSpot deal picture and writes a short brief covering four things: what this customer has contacted us about before, any unresolved complaints still hanging, what they seem to be trying to accomplish overall, and what to watch out for on the upcoming call. Keep the brief short enough to read in under a minute standing up.

The finished brief lands back in the app on that customer's page so the whole team can see it, not just the person who pressed the button. The agent also files the same brief in two other places: as a note on the HubSpot contact using Create Note associated with that contact record, and as an internal private note on the customer's most recent Crisp conversation using Send Message In Conversation with the note message type, so it surfaces for whoever picks up the next chat. Make it obvious in the interface that the Crisp note is internal and the customer will never see it.

Reps should also be able to correct the contact record inline from the detail page, for example fixing a misspelled name or a stale company, saving through Update People Profile.

Some nuances to bake in. The timeline defaults to the most recent twelve months, with a clear option to load the entire history for long-running customers. Briefs are timestamped and kept as a running history rather than overwritten, so the team can scroll back and see how the relationship has changed over time. Customers with no matching HubSpot contact must still work: show the chat history on its own with a quiet note that no CRM record was found, never an error state. Crisp does not expose conversation ratings or satisfaction scores, so do not build any part of the interface around them.
