Build me a link reclamation board that my SEO team works out of every morning. It shows a prioritized queue of freshly published pages that mention our brand without linking to us, so we can ask for the link while the author still cares about the piece.

The mentions come from Ahrefs Firehose. Use List Rules to read the rule set on our tap, then open Stream to collect matching page changes as they arrive. Our rules match several terms, not just the company name: unlinked mentions also include product names, taglines, and named executives, so treat every rule match as a candidate mention. The stream is Server-Sent Events with no history endpoint and no pagination, so the app must persist every collected mention in its own storage the moment it arrives. Nothing can be re-fetched later, and a mention the app never stored is gone for good.

The board is one row per mentioning page. Each row shows the page title, the domain, the matched snippet taken from the inserted text so the team can read the exact wording that triggered the match, and how many hours ago the page published.

Classify each row as unlinked or already linked before it reaches the queue. The added_anchor field carries anchor text from inserted links, so compare the matched page against added_anchor and also check the mentioning domain against List Referring Domains run on our own site. If the domain already links to us, fold the row away as won instead of showing it as an outreach target.

Enrich every row from Ahrefs: Get Domain Rating for the mentioning domain, and Get Metrics for that domain's organic traffic. Cache the enrichment per domain in the app's own storage and reuse it across rows and across renders. Do not refetch Ahrefs on every row render. Respect the Firehose rate limit of 30 stream connections per minute per tap by holding a single stream rather than reconnecting per view.

Default sort puts high Domain Rating and high organic traffic first. This is the established practice: prioritize unlinked mentions by the authority and traffic of the mentioning site rather than by raw mention count, and pull those numbers for confirmed mentions before doing any outreach. Every row also carries an age badge, and anything published within the last 48 hours pins to the top of the queue. Outreach response rates drop sharply after about 48 hours for news sites and after about a week for blogs, so the badge should make that golden window obvious at a glance.

Each row has a status I can set (New, Contacted, Linked, Declined) and an owner. Persist both per row so two people never chase the same site, and show the owner on the row so the rest of the team can see it is claimed.

Each row also has a compose action that drafts a short outreach email referencing the exact quoted snippet and the page URL. Open the draft in an editor so I can rewrite it before anything goes out, then send it with Gmail Send a Message straight from the board. Sending should move that row to Contacted and record who sent it.

Finally, add a small header strip above the queue showing links won this month and the total Domain Rating captured, so the team can see the program working.
