Build me a LinkedIn reply desk: an app I open every morning to work through the replies my HeyReach campaigns generate. The campaigns themselves are automated, but the conversations that start after someone replies are not, so this is the working surface where those replies actually get answered. The whole thing is built around one queue plus a conversation view, and it should visibly empty out as I handle people.

The main view is a single queue of every unanswered conversation across all of my sender accounts and all of my campaigns. Load it with HeyReach Get Conversations. Treat a conversation as unanswered when the most recent message in it came from the lead rather than from my sender account. Sort the queue by how long the person has been waiting, longest wait first, and show that wait time on each row along with the person's name, headline, sender account, campaign, and a one line preview of their last message. Put a filter at the top for sender account so each rep can narrow the queue down to only their own inbox while a manager can still see the whole team; populate that filter with HeyReach Get All LinkedIn Accounts, which also gives you the sender account ids you will need later for sending. Flag rows that have been waiting longer than a threshold I can configure.

Clicking a row opens the conversation. Load the full thread with HeyReach Get Chatroom and render it as a readable back and forth so I can see the original outreach and everything the person said. To the right of the thread, show a profile panel for that person built from three calls: HeyReach Get Lead for their profile details, HeyReach Get Campaigns For Lead for every campaign they are currently enrolled in, and HeyReach Get Tags For Lead for the tags already on them. Note that HeyReach identifies leads primarily by LinkedIn profile URL, so carry the profile URL from the conversation through to all of these lookups.

From the conversation I need to be able to do four things. First, write and send a reply with HeyReach Send Message, sent through the correct sender account for that conversation, never a different one. Send Message requires the sender account id, so resolve it from the conversation and the accounts list rather than asking me to pick it. Second, tag the lead with the outcome using HeyReach Add Tags To Lead, choosing from interested, not now, not a fit, referral and question. Third, stop the person in every campaign they are actively enrolled in with HeyReach Stop Lead In Campaign, looping over the campaigns returned by Get Campaigns For Lead, so a hot prospect never receives another automated follow up while I am mid conversation with them. Fourth, hand them to the CRM.

Marking someone as not a fit should be a single action that does two things at once: apply the not a fit tag and stop them in every active campaign. I should not have to click twice to get a bad fit out of the sequence.

For the CRM handoff, first look the person up in HubSpot with Search Contacts, matching on their name and company or email if the lead record has one, and show me what you found. If they already exist, show the matching contact. If they are new, give me a button to create them with HubSpot Create Contact. Once there is a contact, let me log the LinkedIn conversation onto their record as a note with HubSpot Create Note, associated to that contact, with the thread written out as readable message history rather than raw data. When the person is interested, let me open a deal on them with HubSpot Create Deal, associated to the same contact, with the deal name, pipeline stage and amount editable before it is created.

Add a button that posts the handoff to my account executive channel in Slack using the Slack Bot Send a Message operation. The message should say who the prospect is, which campaign and sender they came from, the intent label, a short summary of what they said, and a link to their LinkedIn profile and to the HubSpot record if one exists.

The app also needs a Draft the queue button that kicks off a background agent. That agent should walk every unanswered conversation currently in the queue, read the full thread with HeyReach Get Chatroom, pull context on the person with HeyReach Get Lead and Get Campaigns For Lead, classify the intent of their reply as one of interested, not now, not a fit, referral or question, and write a suggested reply in my voice that actually responds to what the person said. It writes its results back into the app so each conversation row shows its intent label and its suggested draft next to it, and opening the conversation loads the draft into the reply box ready to edit. The agent never sends anything and never writes to HubSpot; it only prepares drafts and labels. Show me its progress while it runs and let me keep working the queue by hand while it does.

Two rules across the whole app. Nothing sends a LinkedIn message, tags a lead, stops a campaign, writes to HubSpot or posts to Slack until a human clicks the button for it; every generated draft and every suggested action is a proposal I approve. And the queue is the scoreboard, so once a conversation has been replied to or explicitly marked handled it should drop off the queue immediately, with a visible count of how many are left to work and a way to look back at what I already handled today.

Persist per conversation state in the app: the suggested draft and intent label from the agent, whether I have handled it, which outcome tag I applied, and whether it has been pushed to HubSpot or Slack already, so I do not double log the same conversation and so the queue survives a refresh.
