Build me a deal sourcing triage board my investment team works out of every morning. The users are the associates who screen new companies and the partners who take the meetings. Harmonic is read only, so every piece of triage state (status, who moved a company, when, and the diligence brief) lives in an Airtable deal tracker, and the board reads that back on load.

The main screen is a kanban board with four columns: New, Tracking, Meeting, and Passed. Each card is a company. In settings, let me choose which Harmonic saved searches feed the board using List Saved Searches, and persist that choice. The New column fills from Get Saved Search Net New Results for each selected saved search, so we only see companies that have appeared since the last time we looked. Keep the saved search name on each card so we know where it came from. Do not call Clear Saved Search Net New automatically, because a company should stay in New until a person actually triages it.

Each card shows the company name, a one line description, stage, total funding, headcount, and location, pulled with Get Company. Harmonic is rate limited to 10 requests per second, so batch the card lookups through the batch company endpoint with include_fields narrowed to just those fields rather than firing one request per card, and page through net new results using the cursor in page_info instead of pulling everything on load.

Dedupe the New column against Airtable. On load, read the deal tracker with List Records, following the offset until the table is fully read, and build a set of the Harmonic company ids already tracked. Drop those from New and render them in whichever column their stored status says they belong in. Store the Harmonic company id on every Airtable record so it can serve as the dedupe key and the same startup never shows up in New twice.

Dragging a card between columns writes the new status, the name of the person who moved it, and the date into Airtable. Use Create Records the first time a company is triaged and Update Record on every move after that. The record should carry company name, Harmonic company id, website, status, last moved by, last moved at, stage, total funding, headcount, location, source saved search, and the diligence brief. Airtable accepts at most 10 records per create or update call and limits each base to 5 requests per second, so batch the writes. Move the card immediately when I drag it and put it back with an error if the write fails.

Clicking a card opens a detail panel showing the full company record from Get Company plus the founding team and current leadership from Get Company Employees, separating founders from current executives by role and status. The panel also shows the saved diligence brief when one exists, stamped with who ran it and when, so a stale brief is obvious.

Every card has a Deep dive button that kicks off a background agent for that company. The agent pulls the full company record with Get Company, the leadership roster with Get Company Employees, and comparable companies with Find Similar Companies, then writes a short diligence brief in four parts: what they do, who is behind it, who they look like, and the open questions we would need answered before taking a meeting. It saves the brief onto that company's Airtable record with Update Record and records the author and date. Show a running state on the card while the agent works, and show the finished brief in the detail panel, so the next person who opens the card reads the brief instead of redoing the research.

Advancing a company into the Meeting column posts it to our deal flow channel using Slack Send a Message: company name, the one line description, stage, total funding, location, who moved it, and the opening line of the diligence brief if one exists. Only post on the move into Meeting, not on every save and not on moves back out, and let me pick the channel in settings.

Make the board worth opening daily: a count on each column header, newest companies first in New, and filters for the saved search a card came from and the person who last touched it. Every move carries a name and a date, so the board doubles as the record of who screened what.
