Build me an app that maps the buying committee at a target account, so a rep can open it before they start working the account and see person by person who matters. The defining rule of this app is that contact details stay hidden until the rep explicitly asks for them, because contact enrichment is the expensive call and everything else is cheap or free.

Start with an account picker. The rep either types a company name or a domain, or picks from the accounts they already own in HubSpot, which I get with HubSpot Search Companies filtered on the current user as owner. Once they choose, resolve the account with Crustdata Enrich Company and show a header card with the firmographics that came back, such as domain, industry, headcount, location, and funding. If the typed name is ambiguous and more than one company comes back, show the candidates and let the rep pick the right one before going further.

The main view is a committee board. Use Crustdata Search People (In-DB) filtered on the resolved company plus seniority and job function to pull the people, then lay them out in columns such as economic buyer, champion, and technical evaluator. Decide the column from the person's seniority and function, so senior finance and executive leadership map to economic buyer, the line of business owners map to champion, and engineering or IT titles map to technical evaluator. Let me rename the columns and add my own. Each person is a card showing name, title, how long they have been in the current role, and location. Put a clear New in seat badge on anyone who started their current role within the last six months, because a new person in the seat usually means new budget and a fresh opinion, and those are the people worth reaching first.

Power the title and seniority pickers with Crustdata Autocomplete Person Search Fields. That endpoint is free, so call it as the rep types instead of making them guess at valid values, and use what it returns as the filter values for the people search.

Before anyone is revealed, cross check the CRM. Find the account in HubSpot with Search Companies, then pull the people already on file with HubSpot List Contacts, or Search Contacts scoped to that company when that is the tighter query. Match them against the mapped people by name and title, and badge each card as already in the CRM when it matches. Resolve the owning rep with HubSpot List Owners so the badge names the person who owns that contact, since a rep needs to know when they are about to walk into a colleague's relationship.

Reveal works like this. Every card has a tick box, and a Reveal button acts only on the people the rep has ticked. That button calls Crustdata Enrich Person Contact Info for those people and only those people, then fills in the email addresses and phone numbers on their cards. Show a confirmation of how many people are about to be revealed before spending anything, and keep a running count of reveals for the session in the app header. Never enrich contact info automatically as a side effect of mapping an account or loading the board.

Add a Push to HubSpot button that writes the net new people into the CRM with HubSpot Create Contact, each one associated to the account. If the account does not exist in HubSpot yet, call HubSpot Create Company first and then attach the contacts to the company it created. Skip anyone already badged as being in the CRM so the push never creates duplicates, and show a summary of what was written and what was skipped when it finishes.

Persist each rep's mapped accounts and their reveal history, scoped so a rep only ever sees their own. Coming back to an account they already mapped should show the previous layout and the people they already revealed, with those contact details still visible, so the same person is never paid for twice.
