Mock IELTS speaking test with AI examiner feedback

Build me an agent-based workflow that runs a mock IELTS or TOEFL speaking test and emails each candidate an examiner-style feedback report.

Trigger: a Typeform webhook. The form asks the candidate for their name, email, the speaking prompt they were shown (as a hidden field or short-answer question), and an audio upload of their spoken answer. When Typeform sends the submission webhook, the workflow should fire.

On each fire, the agent should do the following.

1. Parse the Typeform payload and pull out the candidate's name, email, the speaking prompt text, and the URL of the uploaded audio file. Download the audio so it can be uploaded to Speechace.

2. Call Speechace "Score Task Achievement" with the speaking prompt and the audio to grade how well the candidate answered the question.

3. Call Speechace "Score Speech (Open-ended, Relevance, Language Detection)" with the same audio and prompt to get transcript plus sub-scores for fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and coherence, along with the IELTS band estimate.

4. Turn the raw Speechace output into a friendly examiner-style feedback report. The report should include: an overall IELTS band estimate cited inline, one short paragraph per sub-skill (task response, fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, coherence) explaining what the candidate did well and what to work on, and two or three concrete study tips tailored to their weakest sub-skill. Keep the tone encouraging and specific. Never invent a numeric band that Speechace did not actually return; if a score is missing, say so.

5. Send the finished report to the candidate using Gmail "Send a Message", addressed to the email captured in the Typeform response. Use their first name in the greeting, put the overall band in the subject line, and format the body as readable HTML with a section per sub-skill.

Only reference bands and scores that Speechace returned. Do not fabricate numbers. If Speechace returns an error (for example the audio was too short, silent, or unintelligible), email the candidate a short, kind note explaining the issue and asking them to retake the test, instead of a full report.
