Build me a ClickUp workspace hygiene workbench that I open every Monday. Our Spaces, Folders and Lists have sprawled and nobody can tell anymore which tasks are real work and which are dead weight. The whole app is one screen: a single ranked table of problem tasks pulled from across the entire workspace, with the controls to fix them in place. I am an ops lead, I do not want to open ClickUp itself to make these edits.

Loading the data. On open, use Get Authorized Workspaces to find the workspace and let me pick one if there is more than one, then discover the hierarchy with Get Spaces for the workspace, Get Folders for each Space, and Get Lists for each Folder plus the folderless Lists in each Space. Cache that tree for the session so every task row can show its full Space, Folder and List path. Then pull tasks with Get Filtered Team Tasks using the workspace as team_id. It is paginated at 100 per page, so page from 0 until a page comes back empty, and show results progressively as pages arrive instead of blocking on a full load. Exclude closed tasks by default, include subtasks, and give me a Spaces filter so I can narrow a session to part of the workspace. All ClickUp timestamps are Unix epoch milliseconds, so convert on the way in and out.

The problem rules. Compute five flags per task: no assignee (the assignees array is empty), no due date (due date is null), overdue by more than two weeks (due date is more than 14 days in the past and the task is not closed), no activity in the last 30 days (date updated is older than 30 days), and no time estimate (time estimate is null). Some of these can be narrowed server side with the date filters on Get Filtered Team Tasks, but evaluate all five yourself on the returned tasks so the rules stay consistent. Put a filter chip at the top for each problem type with a live count next to it, let me combine chips, and rank the table by number of flags first and then by how long the task has been untouched. Each row shows the task name, its Space, Folder and List path, current assignee, due date, status, priority, last activity, and the flags it tripped as small badges. Clicking the task name opens it in ClickUp in a new tab for the rare case I need the full context.

Fixing things in place. Every row has inline editors that write straight back to ClickUp. Update Task sets the assignee, due date, priority or status. Note that assignees on update take an object with add and remove arrays rather than a plain list, and due dates go back as epoch milliseconds. Set Custom Field Value fills in a missing client or category field. Load the available fields for the row's List with Get List Custom Fields so the editor renders the right control for the field type, a dropdown for options and a text box for free text. Add Tag to Task marks something as stale or archived. Tag names are case sensitive identifiers rather than IDs, so let me pick from tags that already exist in the Space rather than typing a new one by hand.

The Nudge button. For anything I do not want to decide myself, a Nudge button on the row hands it back to the owner. It posts a Create Comment on the task with a short message asking the owner to confirm the task is still live and to set an owner and a date if it is, and it assigns the comment to the current assignee so it lands in their ClickUp inbox. Then it messages that person in Slack: match the ClickUp assignee to a Slack person using List Users on email, open a direct message with Open a Conversation, and send it with Send a Message, including the task name, the reasons it was flagged, and a link to the task. If there is no Slack match for that person, still leave the comment and tell me plainly in the row that no Slack message went out. If a task has no assignee at all, the Nudge button asks me who to nudge before it does anything.

Bulk actions with a preview. Every row has a checkbox, plus a select all for the current filter. With rows checked, I pick one action to apply to all of them: set assignee, set due date, set priority, set status, set a custom field, add a tag, or nudge. Before anything saves, show a preview panel listing every selected task with its current value and the value it will become, so I can see exactly what will change and uncheck the ones I got wrong. Only on confirm does it apply, working through the tasks one at a time with a progress indicator, and reporting per row whether it succeeded or failed with the actual error. Failed rows stay selected so I can retry just those. Never write anything without that preview and confirm step.

Session progress. Keep a running count at the top of how many problem tasks I have cleared in this session. A task counts as cleared when a change I made removed the flags that put it on the list, so filling in an assignee on a task whose only problem was a missing owner counts, but adding a tag to a task that is still undated does not. Also keep a session log of every change with a timestamp, the task, what changed, and from what to what. Persist the count and the log per user in the app's own storage so a page refresh does not reset my progress, and show last week's cleared count next to this week's so I can see whether the workspace is getting healthier.

Behaviour notes. ClickUp rate limits are as low as 100 requests per minute on the cheaper plans, so fetch pages with modest concurrency, back off when a request is rejected for rate limiting, and reuse the cached Space, Folder and List tree rather than re-fetching it per task. Give me a refresh button that re-runs the pull without losing my session counter. Show clear, human errors when an edit is rejected for permissions instead of failing silently, and keep rows on screen after they are fixed, marked as cleared, until I refresh, so I can see what I have done.
