Every Monday at 8am, find the students who have stalled partway through my ClickFunnels courses and personally nudge each one back in, then send me an instructor digest in Slack.

Start in ClickFunnels with List Courses for my workspace. For each course, reconstruct the curriculum in order before looking at any student data: use List Sections to get the course sections, then use List Lessons for each section to get its lessons. Lessons live under sections, so the walk is Courses to Sections to Lessons, never Courses straight to Lessons. Note that List Sections also returns the course's root section container, so handle that rather than treating it as a normal section. Keep the resulting lesson list in curriculum order, because I need to know which lesson comes next for any given student.

Then use List Enrollments to get every student in the course, and List Lesson Completions to get the enrollment-to-lesson completion records. From those records work out, for each student, how many lessons they have completed, what percentage of the course that represents, which lesson is the next uncompleted one in curriculum order, and the date they last finished a lesson.

Treat a student as stalled when all three are true: they have completed at least one lesson, they have not completed anything in the last 10 to 45 days, and they have not finished the course. Use that 10 to 45 day window rather than a simple cutoff, so that a student who drifts away permanently is nudged once while they are inside the window and then stops being contacted, instead of getting the same email week after week forever. Skip anyone who has completed every lesson in the course.

For each stalled student, use Fetch Contact and then Fetch Email Address to get their address, and send them a short personalized nudge with Gmail's Send a Message. The email should name the exact next lesson waiting for them by its real title and mention how far through the course they already are. Keep it warm and encouraging rather than salesy: the goal is to remind them they have real progress worth continuing, not to sell them anything. Do not send more than one email per student per course per run.

Finish by posting an instructor digest to a Slack channel using Send a Message. The digest should cover how many students stalled in each course, who was emailed, how many students enrolled but never started a single lesson, and which specific lesson is the biggest drop-off point across all students. Call out that drop-off lesson clearly by name, since it is the strongest signal of where the course itself needs work.

One mechanical note: ClickFunnels list endpoints return at most 20 records per page and use cursor pagination, advancing with a query parameter that points at the last id seen. Page all the way through enrollments and lesson completions for each course, otherwise the analysis will silently miss students on any course of real size.
