I want an app that finally gives me one analytics view across every Jotform form I own. Jotform's own reports are per form and only export as PDF, so there is no way to compare forms side by side or spot the ones quietly dying. Build it as an interactive app on Jotform, with Slack for sharing what the agent finds.

The main screen is a table of every form in my account, loaded with Get User Forms and paged through so nothing gets cut off. Each row shows the form title, whether it is live or disabled, the submission count on the form record, and a 30 day and 90 day trend built by counting submissions from Get Form Submissions inside those windows. Put the last 30 days next to the 30 days before it so I can see direction and not just volume. Let me sort by submissions, by trend and by last submission date, and search by form title.

Pin a section at the top of that screen for forms that are still live but have taken nothing in 60 days. Those are the forms still linked somewhere and collecting silence, and they are the first thing I want to see every time I open this. Next to that section, show account usage from Get User Usage against my plan limit, so I always know how much of my submission and upload allowance is left.

Clicking a form opens a field level view. Match the questions from Get Form Questions against the answers in that form's submissions from Get Form Submissions and show how long the form is (question count, and how many of those are real input fields rather than headings, page breaks or submit buttons), which questions are required, and for each question the share of submissions where it came back empty. Sort the field list by blank rate so the questions almost everybody skips sit at the top, flag any required question with a high blank rate as an anomaly worth a look, and show the raw counts behind each rate (blanks over submissions read) so I can trust the number.

Every form gets a Tune this form button that kicks off a background agent for that form. The agent reads the form's questions with Get Form Questions and its recent submissions with Get Form Submissions, then writes a plain English recommendation about which fields to cut, which to reorder and which to make optional. Ground it in what the data shows (field count, required fields, per question blank rates) and in the known economics of form length: conversion drops steadily as field count rises, falling off hard past roughly five fields, and phone, address and ID fields are the usual offenders. Each recommendation should name specific questions, say what to do with each one, and explain why in a sentence or two a non technical person can follow. The write up lands back in the app on that form's page, and the agent also posts a short version to a Slack channel I choose using Send a Message, with a link back to the form's page in the app.

The app can then apply an approved recommendation: making a question optional or changing its order uses Update Question, and form level settings use Update Form Properties. Nothing changes on a live form until a person clicks apply. Store recommendations per form with a status of new, approved, applied or dismissed, record who applied what and when, and keep a per form history so I can see exactly what changed if the numbers move afterwards. Never delete a question automatically. If the agent recommends cutting a field, surface it as advice and let me remove it in Jotform myself.

Two things to get right. First, the Jotform API exposes completed submissions and not partial sessions, so the app must never claim drop off or abandonment tracking. Everything it shows is derived from submitted responses, and the wording throughout should be which questions people skip rather than anything implying visitor level analytics. Second, Jotform enforces a daily call allowance that varies by plan, so page submissions efficiently, cap how many submissions each form's field analysis reads (a few hundred of the most recent is plenty), cache what the dashboard loads instead of refetching on every navigation, and show the remaining daily allowance somewhere quiet in the app so I know when a full refresh is going to cost me.
