Post an AI candidate summary to Slack after every Willo interview

Build me an agent workflow that posts a candidate summary to Slack every time a new Willo interview response comes in.

Trigger: a Willo outgoing webhook on the new_response event. Willo will call the workflow with the participant key in the payload. If Willo Intelligence and transcripts are enabled on the account, they are included in the webhook payload; use whatever comes through.

Step 1. Call Willo's Get Participant operation using the participant key from the webhook to fetch the full record: candidate name, email, the interview title, all answers, transcripts (when available), any Willo Intelligence summary, and the direct URL back to the response in Willo.

Step 2. Compose a compact, scannable summary. Keep the tone factual and neutral, not evaluative. Recruiters make the hiring call, not the agent. The summary should include: candidate name and email; the position or interview title; a 2 to 3 sentence takeaway on apparent strengths and any concerns based on what the candidate actually said; one or two short notable quotes from the transcript when transcripts are available; the Willo Intelligence summary if present; and a direct link back to the response in Willo.

Step 3. Post the summary to Slack using Slack Bot's Send a Message action. The target channel should be configurable at setup, defaulting to a single hiring team channel. Format the message with Slack mrkdwn so headings, quotes, and the Willo link render cleanly. Keep it short enough to scan without expanding.

Please use the Slack Bot integration (slackbot) for posting, not the user OAuth Slack integration, so the notification has a stable bot identity and keeps working even if a specific user leaves.

Configurable inputs I want exposed on the workflow: the target Slack channel; an optional map of interview title or department to Slack channel so different roles can route to different channels; and an optional tone override in case a team wants stricter or looser wording.

Do not attempt to score or reject candidates. Do not add emoji verdicts. Do not paraphrase in a way that changes meaning. If a field is missing (no transcript, no Intelligence summary), just omit that section rather than inventing content.
