Every evening at 6pm, look at the work my crews finished that day in Service Fusion and send the right customers a Podium review invitation. Use a cron trigger. Service Fusion's poll events only fire when a job or estimate is created, never when one is completed, so completion has to be found by querying the day's jobs rather than by waiting for an event.

Start with Service Fusion List Jobs, filtered to completed status and to a date range covering today only. Job status labels vary between accounts, so resolve the correct completed status first if the right filter value is not obvious. For each job, hold on to the job type or category, the technician assigned to it, and the customer it belongs to.

Look up those customers with Service Fusion List Customers to get a phone number and an email address. A customer with neither cannot be invited, so set them aside as skipped rather than dropping them silently.

Apply two suppression rules before inviting anyone. First, skip any job that is a callback, a warranty visit or a complaint, judging from the job category, tags or description. Those customers should not get a review ask. Second, pull Podium List Review Invites and skip any customer who already received an invitation in the last 90 days, matching on phone number or email.

For every customer that clears both checks, call Podium Create Contact to add or update them. Creating a contact in Podium upserts on phone number or email, so it is safe to run even for customers who already exist. Then call Podium Create Review Invite for that contact, personalizing the message to the type of work that was done and the name of the technician who did it. Podium is location scoped, so send each invite from the location that matches the job.

Finish by posting a summary to Slack with Send a Message. List the customers who were invited, with the job type and technician beside each one, then list everyone who was deliberately skipped and why: invited too recently, callback, warranty visit, complaint, or no contact details on file. Keep it short enough to read at a glance.
