Build me an agent workflow that turns buying-intent comments on my Instagram posts into HubSpot leads with a personalized DM reply. Run it on a cron every 15 minutes.

On each run, the agent should:

1. Use Instagram List Media to grab the 5 to 10 most recent posts on my connected Business or Creator account.

2. For each of those posts, use Instagram List Comments to pull the top-level comments. Focus on comments left since the last run.

3. Classify each comment into one of four buckets: product interest (asking about price, saying "how do I get this", "DM me", tagging a friend to buy, asking where to order, asking if something is in stock), support question, compliment or generic reaction, or spam. Only product interest comments should trigger the full flow.

4. Before acting on a product interest comment, check the comment thread and skip it if my own account has already replied. This dedupe step is critical so we never double message someone.

5. For each qualifying new comment, do three things in order:

a. Use Instagram Reply to Comment to post a short public acknowledgment like "Sent you a DM with details!" so other viewers see the response.

b. Use Instagram Send Direct Message to message the commenter with a personalized note that references what they specifically asked about, plus the product link I configure.

c. Use HubSpot Create Contact to add the commenter with lifecycle stage set to lead and source set to Instagram. Use their Instagram handle for the contact name if that is all we have. Then use HubSpot Create Note associated with that contact, capturing the original comment text and which post they engaged with (post caption or link).

Make the DM template, the public reply template, the product link, and the classification examples all easy for me to edit at the top of the instructions. Keep the agent conservative: when in doubt about whether a comment is a real buying signal, skip it rather than message.

At the end of each run, log a one-line summary of how many comments were scanned, how many qualified, how many DMs were sent, and how many HubSpot contacts were created.
