Build me an app that tells me what my prospects are actually saying back to my outbound, not just my open and reply rates, so I know which sequence to rewrite and why. I run outbound and I open this weekly to read the aggregate picture, not to work individual conversations.

The board works over a period I pick at the top, defaulting to the last seven days, with the immediately preceding window of the same length as the comparison period. Load every reply in the period from LeadsForge with List Threads, using its sentiment and label filters to narrow to real prospect replies, then call Get Thread on each one to pull the full message bodies. I need the prospect's actual words available inside the app, not just counts.

An Analyze this period button starts a background agent. It reads the reply bodies and clusters them into objection themes such as pricing, bad timing, already have a vendor, wrong person, and no budget. Keep those separate rather than lumping them into one not interested bucket, because that distinction is the whole point of the app and each theme implies a different fix: wrong person means my targeting filter is off, bad timing means I should nurture rather than drop the contact, and already have a vendor means my positioning needs work. Let the agent open a new theme when replies genuinely do not fit an existing one, but do not let it create near duplicates of an objection it already has. The agent writes its results into the General Input Database and the board reads from there, so the analysis survives after the run finishes and I never have to re-run it just to see the board.

The main view is a board with one card per theme showing how many replies it holds, how that count compares with the previous period as an up or down change, and which sequences produce it most. Join to LeadsForge List Sequences and Get Sequence Analytics so a theme traces back to the campaign generating it, and show each theme's top sequences by reply volume alongside that sequence's reply rate. A theme that is concentrated in one sequence is a copy problem in that sequence, and a theme that is spread evenly across all of them is a positioning or targeting problem, so make that concentration visible rather than making me infer it.

Clicking a theme opens the real replies underneath it. Show each reply's own text, the prospect, the sequence it came from, and the date, because I want to read the prospect's words rather than trust a label. Let me disagree with the agent and move a reply to a different theme, and keep that correction when the period is analyzed again.

For each theme the agent also writes a recommended messaging fix, phrased as what to change in the sequence copy rather than as generic advice, and drafts a reusable rebuttal snippet I can paste into my next sequence. Put a regenerate control on the theme so I can ask for another draft, and let me copy the snippet in one click.

Save each period's themes, counts, per sequence breakdown, the replies assigned to each theme, and the generated fixes and snippets in the General Input Database, creating the tables on first run. The reason for storing history is that after I change copy I can come back weeks later and see whether that objection actually went down, so give each theme card a small trend across the last several analyzed periods, and give the theme detail view a chart of its count over time. If I analyze the same period twice, update that period's stored row rather than writing a duplicate.

Let me export the whole read-out to a Google Docs document with Create Document for the team meeting: the period covered, every theme with its count and its change against the previous period, the top sequences per theme, a few representative verbatim replies under each, and the recommended fix and rebuttal snippet. Show me the link to the created document in the app once it is written.

Keep this app about the aggregate picture and the trend over time. It is not a per reply alerting tool and not a daily inbox for working individual conversations. I open it weekly to decide which sequence copy to rewrite, so when a period has too few replies to support a conclusion, say so on the board instead of showing me confident themes built on three messages.
