Every weekday at 7am, sweep yesterday's Zoom cloud recordings and turn each external webinar into a ready-to-review content package.

Start with the Zoom "List all recordings" operation to pull the previous day's cloud recordings for our account. For each one, use Zoom "Get meeting recordings" to get the individual recording files and grab the audio file. Only keep sessions that look like external webinars: the topic matches a keyword like "Webinar" or "AMA", and the runtime is over 10 minutes. Skip internal team meetings, standups, and one-to-one calls.

Send each qualifying webinar's audio to Azure AI Speech "Fast Transcribe Audio". It handles up to 2 hours and 200 MB in a single synchronous call and returns speaker diarization. If a recording exceeds either limit, do not try to force it through: note it in the Slack recap so a person can run it through "Submit Batch Transcription" instead.

Use the speaker labels and timestamps from the transcript to separate the host presentation from the audience Q&A. Keep that split intact, because attributing questions to attendees rather than the host is what makes the FAQ section usable.

From the transcript, draft a blog post with proper section headings, a timestamped chapter list, and an FAQ section built from the questions attendees actually asked. File it with WordPress "Create a Post" using draft status so an editor always reviews before anything goes live. Never publish directly, since webinar transcripts often contain customer names and unreleased roadmap talk that an editor needs to strip out first.

Finish with Slack "Send a Message" to the marketing channel, containing the WordPress draft link, the chapter list, and two or three suggested LinkedIn and X posts a human can copy and paste. Do not post to social media automatically.

Track which Zoom recording IDs have already been processed so a rerun does not create duplicate drafts. If no recordings from yesterday qualify as webinars, skip the Slack message rather than posting an empty recap.
