Build me a webinar promo desk. Our demand gen marketer opens it once a week to answer one question: which upcoming webinars are close, under-registered, and still have no promo graphics. The coverage list is the main view, and building the artwork is an action attached to each row.

The main view is a table of upcoming Zoom webinars. Pull the schedule with Zoom's List webinars (Meetings) for our webinar hosts, and cross-check the window with Get upcoming events report so nothing scheduled in the next few weeks is missed. For each webinar show the title, start date and time, the host, the panelist names and titles from List panelists, and the current signup count from List webinar registrants. Add a promo kit column showing whether a kit already exists for that webinar and how many approved assets are in it. Sort so the webinars that need attention rise to the top: soonest first, weighted so sessions with low signups relative to how close they are, and sessions with no promo kit at all, sit above well-covered ones. Let the user filter to only sessions with no kit, and refresh the Zoom data on demand.

Clicking a row opens the kit view for that webinar. It shows the session details, the panelist roster, and every tile in the kit as a thumbnail grid grouped by tile type and size, each with its status: not built, generating, ready for review, approved and filed, or failed. Assets that have been filed are read back from Google Drive with List Files against that webinar's folder, so the app shows what actually exists on disk rather than a cached guess.

Each row and the kit view have a Build promo kit button that starts a background agent. The agent reads the webinar title, date and time, and the panelist names and job titles, then produces square masters with Ideogram's Generate (Ideogram 4.0): one announcement card with the session title and date typeset inside the image, one speaker card per panelist with that person's name and job title set inside the image, and one starts-tomorrow reminder tile. Ideogram is chosen specifically because it renders in-image text and typography well, so the prompts should lean on legible typeset lettering rather than generic scenery, and the exact strings to render should be stated literally in the prompt. The agent may use Generate Magic Prompt (Ideogram 4.0) to enrich the art direction before generating, as long as the literal title, date, name and job title strings survive intact. Once the square masters exist, expand each one into a vertical story size and a wide banner size using Reframe (Ideogram 3.0), then run the finals through Upscale for sharpness. The agent writes its progress and results back into the app so the kit view fills in tile by tile while it runs.

The user reviews the tiles and approves the ones they want. On approval, download the image bytes immediately and file them into Google Drive: create a folder for the webinar with Create Folder if one does not exist yet, nested under a parent promo folder, then save each approved asset with Upload File (Multipart) using a filename that carries the webinar, the tile type and the size. Store the Drive file ids alongside the tile record so the kit view can list the folder back with List Files and show exactly what is filed.

Two behaviours matter a lot. First, I want to regenerate a single tile without rebuilding the whole kit: a regenerate control on an individual tile reruns just that tile, optionally with an edited prompt, leaving every other tile untouched and unfiled until I approve the replacement. Second, persist the seed and prompt settings used for a webinar's kit and reuse them across a webinar series, so every session in a recurring series looks like one family. Detect the series from the recurring webinar id or a series name the user sets on the row, and when a new session in that series gets its first kit, start from the stored seed and art direction.

Bake in the Ideogram API details. Reframe outpaints a square source to a target resolution, so always generate square masters first and expand outward rather than generating each size directly. On generate, resolution and aspect_ratio are mutually exclusive, so set one and never both. Returned image URLs expire after a short time, which is why approved assets must be downloaded and persisted to Drive rather than stored as links; the app should always render filed assets from Drive. When a generation comes back with is_image_safe false the url is empty, so mark that tile as failed with a clear message and offer a retry instead of showing a broken image. Handle Ideogram rate limits and insufficient credit balance as visible, retryable states on the tile.

Persist per webinar: the kit record, each tile with its type, size, prompt, seed, status and Drive file id, the series key, and who approved what and when. The Zoom and Drive reads should be live on open so the coverage view is trustworthy the moment it loads.
