Every Monday at 8am, produce a written weekly product review digest and post it to a Slack channel.

Pull last week's core product metrics from Amplitude. Use Get Active or New Users to fetch daily and weekly active users for the last seven days. Use Get Event Segmentation Data to pull counts for the operator's three configured core activation events over the same window. Use Get User Retention Analysis for the primary product event to see how last week's cohort is retaining.

For each of those series, compare last week against the prior four-week baseline (the four weeks before last week). Call out anything that moved more than the operator's configured threshold, defaulting to roughly 10 percent up or down.

Before writing, use List Chart Annotations to pull the Amplitude annotations for last week and the week before. Releases, campaigns, and incidents recorded there are plausible explanations for the movements you see, and the brief should reference them by name where they line up in time with a flagged change.

Then write the Monday morning brief and send it to the configured Slack channel using Send a Message. Tone: a PM's summary, two or three short paragraphs, not a bulleted dashboard dump. Say what changed, offer plausible explanations tied to the annotations, and end with one recommended focus for the week.

Let the operator configure the Slack channel, which events count as core activation (up to three), the primary retention event, and the movement threshold.
