Every Monday at 9am, build a social performance digest from bundle.social covering the previous seven days, append the raw numbers to a Google Sheets tab, and post the written summary to Slack.

Start by pulling the posts. Use Get post list for my team, filtered to POSTED status with a date range covering the last seven days. Analytics in bundle.social are cached, so if freshness matters call Force refresh post analytics and Force refresh social account analytics before reading the numbers.

Then fetch engagement in one shot. Use Get Bulk Post Analytics to pull likes, comments, shares and views for those posts in a single request instead of looping post by post. It handles up to 60 posts per paginated request, which comfortably covers a normal week, and note that it paginates with page and pageSize rather than offset and limit. Use the normalized analytics operations, not the raw ones: the raw endpoints return untransformed platform payloads whose shape varies per platform and they are the wrong source for this.

Next, get account level movement. Enumerate the connected accounts with Get team, then call Get Social Account Analytics for follower, reach and impression movement on each connected account.

The ranking rule is the important part. Do not rank posts by raw like counts. Compute an engagement rate for each post and judge it relative to that platform's own baseline for the week, for example engagement measured against the account's follower count or reach and then compared to the median for that platform. A strong LinkedIn post and a strong TikTok post look nothing alike numerically, so a post only counts as a winner if it beat the normal range for its own platform.

Call out the top three and the bottom three posts on that normalized basis. For the top three, say explicitly what the winners have in common across format, hook style, posting time and media type. For the bottom three, give the most likely reason each underperformed. This synthesis is the whole point of the digest, so do not just dump a table of metrics.

Append one row per post to a Google Sheets tab using Append Values, so the raw numbers accumulate into a trend history I can chart over months. Each row should carry the post date, platform, account, post id or link, format, media type, likes, comments, shares, views, the computed engagement rate, and the platform baseline it was measured against. Only ever append, never overwrite existing rows.

Finally, post the written summary to my marketing channel in Slack with Send a Message. Structure it as: a headline on how the week went overall, follower, reach and impression movement per connected account, the top three with why each won, the bottom three with the likely reason, and the common thread across the winners. End the message with exactly one concrete recommendation for what to publish more of this week.
