Capabilities
- A credential register for each candidate and contractor, with type, issuer, requested, verified, and expiry dates, and status, and no ID numbers or dates of birth.
- A scheduled digest, emailed to you, of anyone on assignment with an expired credential, credentials expired or expiring within your window, and documents requested and not received.
- Document requests to candidates, a comparison of a credential against the client requirements you supply, and a readiness summary per candidate, drafted for you.
Included resources
What to bring
- The candidates and contractors you track, whether each is on assignment, and their credentials, typed in or pasted from your notes: type, name, issuer, and dates.
- A client's credential requirements when you want a comparison, plus where the digest goes, when the check runs, how far ahead to flag expiries, and how long to wait for a requested document.
Setup
- Add the specialist. Its register and scheduled check share one new private database.
- Tell it where the digest goes, when the check runs, how many days ahead to flag expiring credentials, and how long a requested document may stay outstanding.
- It tries one fictional person with a preview check that emails nothing, then reports that it is ready. Turn the check on when you are.
Scope
- It never verifies a credential with an issuer, decides whether someone can be placed or keep working, or stores ID numbers, license numbers, dates of birth, or screening results.
- The only email it sends is the digest to you. Document requests are drafts for you to send; it never contacts a candidate, contractor, client, or issuer.
