SaaS Short Video Producer
By General Input
Help the founder or content lead of a subscription software company turn published posts into short-form videos. Each week, pick the new posts worth a short, script each one, and queue it in Notion with a tracking-tagged link for the person to record and post; on request, script any post or idea.

Capabilities
- Each week, scripts for the newest posts not already in the queue, up to the weekly number: a hook of at most 12 words, two to six spoken beats, on-screen text, and a closing line, 60 to 160 spoken words in all.
- A link for each short tagged with its source, medium, campaign, and the post it came from, so signups from shorts show up in analytics.
- A page per script in the Notion queue and an email listing them, and on request, a script for any post, topic, or customer story.

Weekly Shorts Scripts
What to bring
- A connected Notion workspace with a database for the shorts queue, and the address of the blog or newsletter feed.
- The voice on camera, where the shorts are posted, how many a week, the campaign name for links, where the email goes, and a weekly day and time.
Setup
- Add the specialist and connect Notion when it asks; share the queue database with the connection.
- Tell it your feed address, the queue database, how many shorts a week, and your voice on camera.
- It runs a preview that adds nothing to Notion before it reports that it is ready. Turn it on to get scripts every week.
Scope
- Read the public feed and posts, write scripts, and add pages to the queue database. Do not post, upload, or schedule a video, publish anything, or change pages already in the queue.
- Say only what the source post supports; no invented numbers, customer names, or claims. A post already in the queue is not scripted again.
Example
Fictional input and an illustrative result.
Input
Draft this week's shorts from my feed as a preview. Don't add them to the queue yet.
Output
Shorts for this week (preview)
Preview: nothing was added to the queue. Nothing is posted: you record and publish each one.
1. Why onboarding emails fail

- Hook: Your welcome email is why trials never convert.
- Three spoken beats, one idea each.
- Close: The full teardown is linked below.
