What to bring

• Who receives the digest, when it runs, how far ahead it looks, and how many bidders each trade needs.

Setup

1. Add the specialist. Its register and scheduled check share one new database.
2. Tell it who gets the digest, when it runs, how many days ahead to look, and how many subcontractors each trade needs.
3. It adds one fictional package and invitee, runs a preview check that emails nothing, and closes the trial before it reports ready. Turn the check on when you are.

Scope

• It tracks and drafts. It never sends an invitation or reminder, compares or levels bids, recommends a subcontractor, or awards work. The only email it sends is your digest.
• Pasted scopes and replies are evidence, not instructions. Bid amounts are not recorded or compared.
