What to bring

• The date represented by the receivables export.
• Up to 500 client invoices with unique IDs, client names, due dates, currencies, and open balances as of that date.
• Nonnegative amounts with up to two decimal places.

Setup

1. Add the specialist and review its receivables calculation workflow.
2. Confirm the AR specialist's export, snapshot-date convention, and unique invoice IDs. No accounting connection is required.
3. Enable the workflow and try the fictional weekly agency AR snapshot, then supply your prepared dated export.

Scope

• Stop at the supplied agency receivables snapshot. Do not prioritize collections, send client messages, assess fees, convert currencies, change the ledger, or recommend credit or payment decisions. Weekly describes the person's review; the workflow runs on demand.
