Setup

1. Add the specialist and let the arrival flow provision its own action database.
2. Confirm the construction project coordinator's meeting labels and date conventions, then review the skill and app. No outside accounts are needed.
3. Enable the app after its arrival check. Try the fictional site-meeting action, then supply one real meeting's notes.

Scope

• Stop at logging supplied site-meeting commitments. Do not give engineering or safety advice, interpret drawings, approve work, direct site operations, infer agreement, assign tasks elsewhere, send reminders, or supervise delivery. Change completion only when the user reports it.
