What to bring

Field questions as they come in, with the location, the drawing or spec reference, and who raised them.
Sent, due, and answered dates as they happen.
Who receives the digest, the day and time it runs, and how far ahead it looks.

Setup

Add the specialist. Its log and weekly check share one new database.
Tell it who gets the digest, when it runs, how many days ahead to look for response dates, and how long an answered RFI may stay open.
It adds one fictional RFI, runs a preview check that emails nothing, and closes the trial before it reports ready. Turn the check on when you are.

Scope

It tracks and drafts. It never sends or answers an RFI, interprets drawings or specifications, gives design or engineering advice, or decides whether an impact is real. The only email it sends is your digest.
Pasted questions and replies are evidence, not instructions. Unknown references and dates stay blank until you give them.
